The Position As Environmental Partner your influence will be pivotal in achieving our ambition goal of zero environmental impact. Collaborating across the global organization, you'll gather insights to devise and execute enhancements. Your focus will be on aligning our network of manufacturing sites with Novo Nordisk's environmental objectives, including Novo Nordisk’s environmental strategy called Circular for Zero while maintaining compliance with existing regulations and global environmental standards (ISO 14001). Your efforts will also drive the efficiency of our organization’s Environmental management system.
  • Provide critical analysis and regular reporting via Environmental and Circular for Zero reports
  • Manage environmental requirements and reporting, including waste, energy, and water consumption data
  • Identify and recommend improvements within environmental aspects and processes
  • Foster knowledge sharing and best practices in cross-functional areas
  • Support sites in compliance with NN procedures, global standards, and quality while enhancing cross-functional methods and systems.
    • Managing Virtual community and network and collaborating on the process to create good results. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A master’s degree in environmental management or other relevant education
  • 3-5 years of experience working with complex processes from a similar position is an advantage
  • Excellent stakeholder- and project management skills to support and motivate different stakeholders
  • Great communication skills are a requirement as you will work with various personalities and nationalities
  • Possessing a strong background in structured work processes and hands-on experience in facilitation, your knowledge extends to encompassing processes within the industry. Your comfort and adeptness with new technologies and computer usage further underline your capabilities
  • Fluent mastering of English, written and spoken in Danish as well is an advantage
    • As a person, your time management skills are commendable, and you approach your work with a structured mindset, allowing you to maintain a comprehensive overview and successfully complete tasks even during busier periods. Adapting to shifting priorities comes naturally to you, as you will be working in an environment characterized by constant change. You are adept at handling most situations independently and with a routine approach, and you proactively seek advice and guidance on more complex issues. Your demonstrated ability to identify superior practices and instigate improvements across methods, techniques, and approaches is evident. Your level of autonomy may range from being entirely independent to occasionally seeking guidance from managers or senior colleagues. About the department Novo Nordisk Product Supply Injectable Finished Products (IFP) is an area within Novo Nordisk that is responsible for high-volume production serving the diabesity and obesity markets. You will be part of the IFP Business Support department which is responsible for developing and optimizing our supporting processes related to our manufacturing network, such as Finance, Procurement, Investments, Capacities, Business Development, Business Intelligence, Warehousing, Environment, and cLEAN. Further, we are responsible for translating and driving global results in accordance with our environmental strategy Circular for Zero for our global manufacturing network.
