As Assurance Intelligence Manager you will lead a team of 6 developers/data scientist, that develop and maintain Assurance Intelligence’s application portfolio. Your main responsibility will be: Creating new and innovative solutions to give more assurance. Hiring and mentoring of the team members’ and ensuring an ongoing professional development of the team. Exploring new ways to uncover insights from large corporate datasets and build digital solutions that improve the workflow of enterprise-wide stakeholders.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Master’s degree within IT, software engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, data science or other related fields. Some years of management experience is advantageous, but not a requirement. Project management, stakeholder management and an international mindset, strategic mindset, and approach to projects. People management including motivation of teams, strategic direction setting and attraction and development of talent. Experience as data analytics role and SQL and database design. Knowledge of Python, algorithms, data structures and statistics. Experience in web-development (We are using React).
You have a strong analytical mind-set, a clear flair for numbers and details, and you can work independently or collaborate effectively with colleagues, dependent on the task. You are proactive, dynamic, curious and quick learner. About the department You will manage Assurance Intelligence, a department in Group Internal Audit. Assurance Intelligence is a young, dynamic, and international team at the forefront of digitalisation in the areas of financial diagnostics, internal auditing and risk monitoring. We develop a wide array of different solutions for all of Novo. We also make use of machine learning and the latest technologies to develop our software/analytics portfolio and ultimately deliver advanced digital solutions.
