As a Student Assistant who works on the Global Leadership Development team side-by-side (in person or remotely), you will work collaboratively with learning experts to curate learning content, prepare communication materials for our programs, analyse learning trends, and make improvement recommendations. Your responsibilities are included but are not limited to:
  • Creating short, engaging descriptions of learning content and promoting our learning programs through various communication channels, including SharePoint
  • Maintaining and developing visually appealing learning content (i.e., videos, pdfs, ppts, etc.) in Degreed
  • Organising the "back end" storage of our content and materials as our team’s librarian
  • Scanning surveys and dashboards routinely to analyse feedback trends (including conducting surveys and interviews) and find improvement opportunities
  • Coordinating with analytics experts to mine data when needed for various projects and present data in a compelling way to make your case for change

    You are a student currently in your bachelor’s level or equivalent in a relevant field e.g. HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, Communications, Marketing, and Education. To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Excellent communication skills especially in writing and a flair for Marketing
  • Strong attention to detail and artistic eye in visually appealing content
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Collaborative, people-centric team player with a can-do attitude
  • Proficiency in written & Spoken English
  • We are looking for a student who is motivated to work with a distributed, global team of learning experts around the world and enjoys getting close to customers (global leaders) to understand and meet their needs. You have a curiosity to experiment with new approaches to learning and freely offer your new ideas to help us be better.
    About the department
    The 50 members of the Talent, Learning, and D&I Centre of Excellence (CoE) work in partnership with the global HR Business Partner community to develop a culture of life-long learning at Novo Nordisk. The CoE builds the strategy, initiatives, and digital and data enablers to develop the leadership and functional capabilities required for our people and business to be successful.
