As a CVP LEAN Partner, you will work with the Corporate Vice President (CVP) and the Management Team in the Injectable Finished Products (IFP) Manufacturing Development (ManDev) unit. You will be responsible for identifying and developing best practices to implement in IFP ManDev. You will have a high degree of independence and a possibility to influence our organization on the LEAN mindset and methodology. The main tasks will be to:
  • Advise the CVP of IFP ManDev in setting LEAN direction for IFP ManDev
  • Coach leaders within the frame of LEAN Supply System
  • Ensure full implementation of the elements in the LEAN Supply System throughout IFP ManDev (both leadership, academy, assessments & continuous improvements)
  • Develop skills and capabilities necessary to execute better Operational Excellence across IFP ManDev
  • Advise IFP ManDev leadership on Operational Excellence principles and systems and the future direction for LEAN in IFP ManDev

Qualifications We are looking for someone who embodies a true LEAN mindset — someone who not only understands but passionately believes in the principles that drive efficiency, innovation, and excellence. In this role, we value not just technical expertise but leadership prowess. To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Ideally, Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • Expertise with LEAN implementation, project management, strategy deployment, coaching, change management and cultural transformation.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within highly regulated industry.
  • Expertise in LEAN transformation and/or turn around processes in large multi-site, international environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

  • On a personal level, you have a remarkable ability to communicate with clarity and assertiveness along with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscape and negotiate at a strategic level. You demonstrate great cooperation skills, and your proficiency lies in fostering collaboration and ensuring active engagement among other employees. About the department IFP Manufacturing Development is a part of Novo Nordisk, Product Supply, Injectable Finished Products and is responsible for supporting our global production sites in maintaining a high level of quality and compliance while creating innovative improvements to our manufacturing processes and Quality Control laboratories.
