About the role
You will join Large Transformations team, which works with strategic projects across many insurance business domains like CRM, Policies & Pricing, Claims for our commercial and private business units but also Group Functions like HR and Finance. Large Transformation is also supporting the organization with maturing the controls and processes due to the increasing compliance demands Tryg is being met by.
With strong focus on improving our digital solutions, operational efficiency and high performance, you lead people in the Tryg organization by good example with inspiring and providing insights in how to rethink the customer journeys and the future IT setup. Customer satisfaction through creating development, showing trust and taking responsibility is in our DNA and reason to show up to work every morning.
As Tryg puts compliance high on the agenda it is important that you can set goals and implement governance and transparent reporting together with all stakeholders in the organization – both in Business and IT.
We work both project based and in SAFE environments and you will span different ways of working in achieving the different business goals.
Our team consists of persons with extensive knowledge from large transformations and key for us are to build on the knowledge from each other.
About you
We are open to different backgrounds, but we expect that you bring in-depth knowledge of both waterfall and agile methodologies. You have solid experience working as a Senior Project Manager and are familiar with the Scrum Master-role. You master the Project Manager role, know the nuances and can independently assess when to be a servant, when to coach, when to be an expert and when to make decisions. We will ensure you get the right education and training if that is necessary.
You are a great facilitator and a strong communicator across and at all levels in the organization. You enable compromises and support collaboration and can clearly communicate. Transparency from top to bottom and vice versa is an important part of your ways of working.
