As requirement manager for our Connectivity products, you will be specifying our future deliveries together colleagues across the organization (e.g. domain Architects and Test Manager).
The Role
Your main task will be to ensure that the requirement process is followed for development of new wireless connectivity products, based on the Bluetooth® protocol family. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our hearing aid solution package by gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed requirements for our outsourcing connectivity products. You will be part of our Requirement & Test Manager Team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications.
Your primary tasks are:
• Set up and maintain the product requirements structure for our outsourcing connectivity products.
• Elicitation of requirements and needed documentation.
• Driving requirements reviews with stakeholders.
• Managing change requests.
• Close cooperation with other requirements managers.
• Participate in SAFe® ceremonies to accompany requirements through the agile development pipeline
Technical Background
We expect you to have a technical background and preferable a degree in engineering or computer science - combined with some years of work experience within product development. You are interested in for new technology, and it will be an advantage if you have worked with outsourcing.
Furthermore, it is preferable if you have experience with requirements or systems engineering or other technical documentation. IBM DOORS and RQM Rational Quality Manager is out main tool for requirement management, and it is an advance if you have experience with them or similar system.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
You enjoy working in teams and like to collaborate closely with colleagues across departments. You understand that making requirement is very much about communication and involvement of the right people. You have an interest for technology and a motivation for ensuring system requirements for our future products.
