The position As Project Chemist for the new Isolator filling line, you will be part of the project Isolator Filling and responsible for project deliverables within the cleaning package for the Isolator Filling Lines. The job will focus on different tasks and assignments as described below which could be:
  • Project coordination of tasks within the cleaning package.

  • Secure fulfill of requirements for cleaning of equipment for the new isolators.

  • Prepare and execute Cleaning Validation activities, like pre - PQ and PQ.

  • Perform Risk Assessments regarding cleaning processes.

  • Support management in project prioritization decisions in quality, compliance, regulatory and validation issues.

    • As the many tasks are new, the designing and describing of the processes will all be executed in close collaboration with the other project members, specialists, pharma consultants and our vendor of the isolator filling line, but it will be expected that you will take the lead of your own area of responsibility. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A Master’s degree in natural science, which could be M.Sc. Pharm, M.Sc. in Microbiology or similar.

  • +3 years of experience in working with Cleaning Validation activities in a production facility and experience from aseptic isolator filling.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical companies.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and Danish

About the department Our team is part of the BRD Finished Products Gentofte and Vaarloese area that is the production site situated close to Copenhagen. Here we are app. 620 colleagues who take responsibility for transforming Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients into the finished product that patients can use all over the world. We are producing at full speed on existing lines while building and ramping up new state of the art facilities. Our complex processes require a high level of expertise, commitment, and engagement from our employees and include formulation, filling, freeze-drying, product inspection, assembly and pack.
