Would you like to work with design and construction of production facilities and utilities and be a part of implementing processes within GMP? Then we might have the right position for you as one of our Project Engineering & Operational Responsible at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. The position
You will become part of a newly established project organisation that must ensure capacity to meet the increased demand from Novo Nordisk A/S, by establishing a new greenfield GMP production facility in Koege – 45 kilometres south of Copenhagen.
The new facility is built to modern standards. Sustainability and safety are key aspects during construction and operation as well as ensuring future expansion capabilities. You will be associated with the team responsible for utilities and tank farm areas. Your areas of responsibility will be to:
• Setting direction within design, equipment, components, and physical construction
• Implementation of engineering standards, which ensures that all technical, quality- and safety inputs are implemented
• Being a part in all aspects of the process from design, layout, supplier selection, purchasing, construction, qualification, validation, and documentation
• Participating in end-to-end processes (determining business needs, creating user requirements specifications, designing solutions, and writing documentation such as procedures and change requests)
• Setting acceptance criteria for user requirements - acceptance criteria for PQ, PV, System Acceptance and Release (SAR) and decommissioning. Furthermore, you can look forward to working in close collaboration with many different stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure high quality, efficiency, reliability, and stability in our upcoming production facility. To sum up: Together with the team, you will ensure and live up to good engineering and manufacturing practice as a user representative in our projects. Qualifications • M.Sc., B.Sc. within Engineering, Life Sciences or similar
• Strong competences within production equipment and utilities
• Strong competences within process validation and operational process
• Several years of experience working in projects and with design of equipment and installations, including validation and qualification
• Ability to make concrete requirements to production equipment
• Knowledge within automation, regulation, and measurement techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both English and Danish
We imagine that you will find it easy to work in IT systems (as you will be using SCADA and SAP) and that you are curious about new technology within data collection and improvements. It would be an advantage if you are familiar with Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things and find it exciting to work with digitalisation. As a person you are a dedicated team player who are energized by watching your team succeed by knowing you had a part within it. You enjoy finding a solution to a problem and have a positive and constructive mindset in the face of adversity.
The department
For the next 3-4 years, you will be part of the project organisation, seeing the project all the way through to operation. You will also be affiliated with the other support departments where you will be able to draw on the experiences of employees and people managers within your field.
