Working as a GMP Supporter, you will collaborate with operators, supporters, and other departments to implement improvements and new initiatives. The collaboration takes place in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will have a great opportunity to shape your daily life while working as part of a team as well as independently. Key responsibilities include: Supporting operators with processes at the production line. Managing and documenting processes through SOPs and other crucial documentation and training materials. Using data analysis to generate improvement suggestions and implementing those ideas into practice. Handling complex deviations. Participating in relevant development projects in relation to your professional profile. In this position, you will be working closely with the Process Responsible’s, supporting with assignments, qualifications of tasks and new products on the production line and project allocations. Furthermore, you can expect to collaborate with many different stakeholders cross functionally across the organisation. Qualifications Your experiences include: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Pharma, Science, Chemical Engineering or similar, combined with 3+ years working experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or other highly regulated industries. Experience with a GMP, it is advantageous if this includes knowledge about assembly processes. Data analysis expertise to create procedures and processes. Proficiency in Danish and English is required. As a person, you are flexible, dynamic and thrive taking the lead and the initiative to solve challenges, not only in relation to the supporting production lines, but also in relation to how as a team we are able to improve collectively. You have the ability to meet tight deadlines with a focus on quality is to ensure procedures and standards are adhered to. You can build lasting relationships and feel comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization.
About the department
We are a large team of dedicated supporters of the Assembly Back Office, which is part of a larger assembly department at the Novo Nordisk launch site in Hillerød. In the Assembly Back Office, we work on high complexity tasks including production improvements and new products introduction. We maintain regulatory compliance via these procedures while making sure that our production equipment is in valid working order. The value of recording all activities cannot be overstated.
