The Position As Team Leader for Equipment, CT & Methods you will be the first point of contact and daily operational manager, working very closely with the other team leaders across the department, the device project managers, external test equipment manufacturers, as well as external test vendors. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Ensuring effective daily operations, project deliverables and compliance

  • Engaging, motivating, and developing your team, leading by example, and building trust

  • Acting as business owner in agile digital testing project

  • Establishing a framework to enable outsourcing of our standard test methods.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, engineering or similar

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience

  • Experience in medical devices or other regulated environment

  • Preferably experience with equipment qualification and method validation

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • You are proactive and innovative, with a strong focus on quality and a lean mindset to drive continuous improvements. We expect that you have a strong ability to structure and plan the work of the team, as well as your own work so you can maintain the overview, prioritise, and engage your stakeholders in peak periods. Lastly, you are a team player who can make your team shine and our leadership team stronger. About the Department The Testing & Verification department plays an important role in the device development process, as we deliver specialised exploratory testing and design verifications. It is our responsibility to specify, develop, purchase, and validate new test equipment to support verification testing of medical devices. Furthermore, we also characterise device prototypes by metrology. The Equipment, CT & Method team is responsible for qualification of test equipment, for supporting the development and the commercial production with CT scanning and for supervision of test execution and measurement processes. The team consists of 11 colleagues with diverse backgrounds, mostly engineers and thoroughly skilled in their different fields.
