The Position You will have direct management responsibility for a team of around 20 operators and related production. You can look forward to a job where you will have the opportunity to gain close knowledge of the production processes at , as well as an increased business understanding. The main tasks will be to: Ensure stable performance and set the direction for the team Make sure your team solves the tasks correctly focusing on cooperation Communicate the destination, purpose, and individual roles clearly Conduct development interviews and systematic training Encourage coordination and experience sharing across teams and departments. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: A degree in engineering, life sciences, biochemistry, or similar Experience in management, preferably from pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of GxP regulated production and ability to work under restrictive regulations Danish and English language proficiency. You have strong analytical and conflict resolution skills. It is important that you can motivate and involve your employees through your own great commitment. You listen respectfully, analyze problems concretely and in a holistic perspective, as well as create optimal solutions. About the Department Injectable Finished Products, Bagsværd (IFP BA) is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 750 employees. Our main purpose is marketed insulin products and introducing new insulin types. The factory is wide-ranging and includes, among other things, washing and sterilization, formulation, filling, and inspection of several Novo Nordisk products for the treatment of diabetes and obesity. The production is characterized by complex processes that require employees with high professionalism, great commitment, and a solution-oriented attitude. The department, Line Filling operations, consists of approx. 160 employees, and we are looking for a team leader for our filling line. As a team leader, you will report to the department manager and be part of a management team of seven people who work closely together on everything related to filling product in IFP Bagsværd.
