Then this is the position for you at our production site in Hjørring called Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing.
The position
We are looking for a new colleague to help us add more fuel to our exciting roadmap ahead of us. We are on an ambitious journey rapidly expanding our production facilities combined with ambitious IT business strategy to support this journey. As an IT Responsible, you will be responsible for one or more IT systems and associated infrastructure, which supports the production within our packaging and assembly area. You will be responsible for keeping the systems operational and in compliance with Novo Nordisk requirements and thereby requirements from health authorities. You will communicate and collaborate closely with many colleagues both internally in the department but also with our central IT organisation.
Stable and efficient IT systems are essential for us to develop and deliver products to our patients. In this position, you will work both with practical, hands-on tasks such as: Maintaining system documentation in ServiceNow Troubleshooting on the IT systems and infrastructure, incl. virtual environment and network IT security management (e.g. implementing system hotfixes, patches and anti-malware) Continuity management (e.g. monitoring of backups and recovery) Life cycle management (e.g. system upgrades, hardware upgrades) System and infrastructure management (e.g. Windows servers, databases, network, configuration and performance monitoring). You will update or develop system design documents (e.g. Functional Specification, Design Specification), Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines for the system operational processes. Furthermore, you will work with incident and deviation management as well as preparation of change requests. Drive implementation of infrastructure changes and ensure testing according to requirements. You will also perform annual user reviews.
We work with various technologies such as SCADA systems and PAS-X MES system, and you will be provided with formal and on-the-job training in these technologies. Therefore, prior experience with these systems is not required, though it will be an advantage. Qualifications
You have a great passion for working with IT and system operation, and a natural curiosity for new technologies and opportunities. To succeed in this role, you could have: A B.Sc. or M.Sc. within e.g., IT, electronic engineering or similar Experience with IT System Management work Knowledge and experience within IT and/or automation. Server and infrastructure operations e.g., patching, performance monitoring, network understanding Our work is performed according to GMP; hence it is expected that you possess a systematic approach to your tasks which you can plan and finalise. It is important that you ensure and initiate tasks even if they have not been assigned to you. Finally, we expect you to take responsibility for your own and the team's goals. As a person, you have a positive can-do attitude together with a drive beyond the usual. Due to your communication and collaboration abilities, you are a trusted and well-liked collaborator among our stakeholders. You have a high energy level and the ability to spread enthusiasm and positive energy to those around you. About the department
We are a diverse team composed of 13 IT professionals. We are responsible for areas including IT infrastructure, system management, IT security and digitalisation which includes BI & Analytics and AI/ML solutions. In short, all aspects within IT & Digitalisation initiatives are driven out of our team. We are part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk’s pen needles including both internal and external production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organised in seven departments and with app. 450 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
