The Position In this role, you will participate in project activities to create a new facility for manufacturing of our pharmaceutical products. You will be involved in everything from design to constructability, scheduling, and cost. We imagine that your key responsibilities will include: Participate in building a competent user-organisation, integrate with engineering partners and cooperate with production areas Identify suppliers and enter a collaboration with them Perform construction controls Follow up and keep track of scope changes Preparing for production by e.g. writing/reviewing specifications, design reviews, equipment installation, commissioning and qualification, SOP development, Maintenance training etc. Furthermore, it is important that you manage any project risks proactively and develop standards to ensure structure and transparency. This is a role where you will have an impact on helping plan and shape future manufacturing together with your colleagues. Flexibility and work-life balance are high on our agenda; therefore, you will be to shape your work most effectively. Qualifications To qualify for this job, we imagine that you have a background in marine engineering or mechanical engineering. Or perhaps you are trained as a blacksmith or technician with experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment. Nevertheless, if this job sparks your motivation, we would love to hear from you. Moreover, to succeed in this role, it is an advantage if you have the following qualifications: Experience with black or clean utilities such as process air, process water or cooling Knowledge about chilled water, plant steam, compressed air, vacuum, wastewater and oxygen An understanding of technical documents such as URS, SAT, FAT & validation protocols Experience with complicated product documentation & standard operating procedures Full proficiency in English (both verbal and written) On a personal level, you will thrive in this job if you enjoy teamwork and motivating others.
