Your journey starts here! The Position The position requires high-quality standards and a strong willingness to meet deadlines. In a small team of highly talented colleagues, you will drive management reporting and data management to support decision-making processes. The position has many interfaces to other functions such as Project Controls, Engineering, Project Quality, Project Management, Steering Groups as well as other investment projects. In your role as a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: Management reporting/performance management on project progress, including the schedule, the cost, the risk, the procurement, etc. Ad hoc management decision support, including preparing presentations, memos, and evaluations. Data management, including visualization of data from source systems via collaborative data visualization software such as Alteryx/Tableau. Steering Group preparations, including the management of action logs. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will have: As a minimum a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, data modeling & management, or engineering Ideally some experience from working in a project management office (PMO) Experience working with data modelling/management using simulation and visualization software English proficiency both verbal and written At a personal level, you will thrive in this job if you enjoy close teamwork and a dynamic working environment.
