We are looking for a new Senior Project Manager with experience within assembly and/or packaging of medical devices to join our Finished Production Expansion Program in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Hillerød.
The position
IFP Hillerød faces a more extensive and complex portfolio of projects initiated and executed over the coming years, and we are increasing our production capacities.
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects independently within our finished production expansion program.
Your main responsibilities will be: Typically, driving one major project, where you will be responsible for planning, executing and following up on all related tasks/processes related to scope, schedule, resources, cost and project risk. Be in close dialogue with line of business and all levels of management on our production site, as well as external vendors. Utilise project management tools professionally and follow-up on deliverables and evaluate project risk. Alignment of roles and responsibilities with project members and human resource aspects. Contribute to develop the team and our project management processes, to mature and strengthen our ability to support production by running projects efficiently. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: Bachelor’s degree within business administration, engineering, pharmaceutical or other. You have at least 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager. Experience from assembly and/or packaging of medical devices. Experience from a GMP environment will be an advantage. Knowledge related to automation (e.g. PLC, SCADA, HMI) will be an advantage. You have excellent communication skills with experience of working cross functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organisational levels. Fluent spoken and written in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills. On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a team player and you quickly build strong working relationships. About the department
Our department, Finished Products Expansion (FPX) consists of a team of ambitious Senior Project Managers, each running a comprehensive large expansion project by the help of external field experts and collaborators from the whole organization. Working across the whole FPX program, you will thus have daily contact with people from all over our site.
As part of our launch site, IFP Hillerød, the FPX program serves the overall objective of helping to meet the increasing demand by our patients for our new products. Working at
