Do you want to use and develop your skills within project management to shape the development of future aseptic production facilities in a large global pharmaceutical company? The position As Project Manager in aseptic production, you will be a key player in managing and coordinating our activities across two functional areas: The Environmental monitoring area (EM) and a cross-functional GMP area, both located within the Technology Standards department of Fill & Finish Expansions. Our team is made up of highly competent professionals and specialists, who are designing the working procedures for our new facilities. The team collaborates with several stakeholders across global sites in Europe, USA, China, and Brazil. We focus on having a fun and including team spirit, where curiosity drives us to learn every day. Your key tasks will be: Planning of activities for the team’s deliverables (incl. time schedules) Ensuring communication to global sites, and stakeholder involvement Facilitation of workshops and meetings to drive alignment and decisions Managing interfaces between the team and other functional areas within the Fill & Finish expansions project
Qualifications In the role as Project Manager, we imagine that you have a degree within project management, engineering, natural sciences, or other relevant areas. Experience with the pharmaceutical industry and/or project management is an advantage. In terms of personality, we are looking for: An action-oriented person with focus on execution Good social and empathetic skills An ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders across the globe (fluency in English is therefore required) Curiosity about our work processes and willingness to learn About the department Our department Technology Standards is situated in the newly created SVP area of Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of ’s 50,000 employees.
Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
