We are looking for an IT Validation Manager to drive validation of local IT Systems and Computerized Equipment within our Sourcing Operations organization bringing our IT landscape to the next level and scaling it up. The Position As IT validation Manager, you will navigate in a varied stakeholder landscape. On top of that you will set the direction and guide the team in relation to validation better practices and compliance requirements. To give you a better idea about the role, here are some tasks you will perform as IT Validation Manager: Understand the business objectives behind the new implementation and upgrade projects. Define validation strategy. Prepare and follow up on validation plans. Drive dialog with the stakeholders e.g. QA organization, System Owners, IT Solutions Managers. Ensure execution of the test cases, preparation of validation reporting and related approvals. Qualifications You will thrive in this role if you: Have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Computer Science. Can demonstrate hands-on experience from at least 2 years in a similar position, preferably from GxP or another regulated industry. Have strong analytical, technical and business skills. Possess flair for developing relationships and working with multiple stakeholders. Are solution-oriented, proactive and like to share your knowledge. Have proficient oral and written communications skills in English. About the Department Sourcing Operations ensure that our production sites globally have the materials they need to keep production lines running and meet patient demands in the market. We source raw materials, primary packaging and printed packaging materials, maintain specifications, plans and purchase, store and perform quality controls before the materials are released for production. We are operating mainly out of Denmark in Bagsværd, Høje Taastrup, Hillerød and Kalundborg, but are expanding rapidly and are currently also setting up a sourcing hub in the US to support our growing production facilities there. We are approaching 500 people in the business unit and you will be joining our IT Operations & Projects team with 11 employees.
