We are a technical and process-oriented project organization, working on expanding our Injectable Finished Products facilities in Hillerød.
We are currently looking for a 12 month replacement for our Project Coordinator, who will soon go on maternity leave. The position
As our Project Coordinator, you will join a small team of highly dedicated Senior Project Managers, Validation Specialists and our Sr. Project Director, supporting them in tasks and activities related to their different projects. We have several projects ongoing simultaneously on the site, all focused on expanding our site and facilities.
Your main responsibilities will be: Collaborate with the team and have individual tasks that you are responsible for. Assist with ad hoc tasks related to coordination, communication, planning and onboarding of our new employees. The first month of your employment, you will be working in close collaboration with our current Project Coordinator, who will introduce you to the overall organization and your different tasks. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: Bachelor’s degree within business administration, engineering, pharmaceutical or other. Experience from a GMP environment will be an advantage. Fluent spoken and written in Danish and English, with excellent communication skills. It will be a benefit if you have experience with project management, and we expect that you are motivated by working in a project culture. On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. You have a good balance of technical understanding in combination with people- and administrative skills. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritizing your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a supportive and helpful team player, and you quickly build strong working relationships. About the department
Our department, Finished Products Expansion (FPX) consists of a team of ambitious Senior Project Managers, each running a comprehensive large expansion project by the help of external field experts and collaborators from the whole organization. Working across the whole FPX program, you will thus have daily contact with people from all over our site.
As part of our launch site, IFP Hillerød, the FPX program serves the overall objective of helping to meet the increasing demand by our patients for our new products. Working at
