Are you experienced in handling everything from daily operational tasks to driving annual deliverables within P&O? Would you like to be part of a team that sets strategic direction by engaging leaders and employees on the journey, whilst supporting our daily operations and organisational development projects? The Position In this role we are looking for a new colleague who is driven to provide high quality administrative support, and is experienced in managing detailed processes within P&O. As P&O Consultant, you act as the go-to person on our daily and annual deliverables in hiring, onboarding/offboarding administration, support on various optimization projects and general P&O support. Your main responsibilities would be concentrated around:
  • Support our organisation as local point of contact with daily operational tasks (job offer preparation, potential Mobility support, payroll support etc.)
  • Ensuring effective administrative processes involving current employees and new hires
  • Be responsible for administrating people data in our P&O IT system (Success Factors)
  • Support virtual employee managers located across the world with P&O Operational tasks
  • and work on diverse P&O optimization projects
  • Secure data governance and support on annual P&O activities
  • Qualifications We are looking for a team player with a minimum of three years’ experience as P&O Coordinator, P&O Consultant/P&O Administrator or with a broad administrative background within P&O operations. With an eye for details and ability to follow through on tasks. Furthermore, with the expansion of the P&O Operations team coming, you will be supporting our virtual employees based in Denmark, and their managers abroad, with guidance on labor law, daily P&O operations and annual P&O activities. Moreover, we imagine that you have:
  • A relevant education within Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
  • A good understanding of P&O IT systems; knowledge of Success Factors and SAP will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills across organisational levels and with many different stakeholders
  • Proficiency level in both written and verbal English
  • High level of accountability and service-mindedness
  • About the Department Region North West Europe is part of International Operations and from the Regional Office and P&O team in Ørestaden, Copenhagen, we work closely with the 15 countries across the region.
