The position As an Associate Manager, you will lead one of a two teams of approximately 10 highly skilled dedicated employees:
  • One of the teams is responsible for the release of bulk and finished products to the marked as well as approval of specifications, stability studies, technical transfer documents, changes, SOP and deviations etc., related to the product and the production process.
  • The other team is responsible for qualification, performance qualification, and IT across the area and plays a significant role in ramping up production capacity. The teams play a key role in setting the direction for Quality in the Oral Finished Product area in close cooperation with their peers in production and manufacturing development.
    • You will report to the head of the area and will be a member of the management team in OFP QA. Your key to success lies within your ability to perform as an inspiring, coaching, and motivating manager and, at the same time practice good stakeholder management in a complex and dynamic organization. To obtain this, you lead, and empower your employees daily and make sure that we have the right resources in the team. You will support your employees in ensuring the right interpretation of the latest internal and external quality standards, ensuring efficient release processes, and guiding them in driving the simplicity agenda. You will join a LEAN culture where continuous improvement and challenging the status quo is a natural part of our everyday work. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • A master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar and solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Are an experienced people manager, pass your passion on to your team in an involving and appreciative way to support your employees in delivering their best in a dynamic environment.

About the department Oral Finished Products QA is a department that employs approximately 80 skilled and motivated colleagues organized in 8 teams. We work with assuring quality and compliance of the facilities, the equipment, QC lab, manufacturing development as well the release of tablets for the market.
