Working with dedicated colleagues in an exciting, fast-paced environment we are looking for a Business Analyst for our Digital Health Data pipeline team that help us leverage the full potential of real-world digital health data, to help inform our strategic choices as well as provide product improvements to the benefit of patients. The position We offer a position where you can take responsibility, be influential and make a difference in your everyday work. You will have a chance to immerse yourself not only in the tech, but also in understanding the ins and outs of the business challenge as you engage with team members and stakeholders across a global organisation. You will join a cross-functional product team and together you will implement and drive best practices for product development and operations. Working as a problem solver involved in troubleshooting and process optimisations, you will get experience in system operations, system validation, documentation and exposure to what it takes to build and run an IT solution within Digital health. You will take responsibility for your own tasks and play a key role in improving business processes, including creation of required documentation. Preferably, you have worked with agile delivery methods before and you know how to support and optimize business processes with data in the most efficient way. Key responsibilities Supporting products that deliver change to patients living with Diabetes Troubleshooting; change responsible Handling deviations Delivery of required compliance documentation Ensuring progress and quality of product deliverables Optimization of business processes Stakeholder management and project management Proactive monitoring of product Qualifications A master’s degree within business administration, Computer science, Engineering or life sciences 2-3 years of proven track record of developing and maintaining solutions/products, preferably within the pharma industry or another regulated industry. Analytical and problem-solving mindset and you strive to make an impact Proficiency in English and Danish verbal and written communications The following experiences would be an advantage: Experience within contemporary technologies, including data analytics and cloud-based systems as well as agile methodologies Experience with system validation and agile delivery methods Experience with system operations, release management, incident management and change impact assessments As a person you are Positive with a can-do attitude Analytical and problem solving mindset Focused on following through on commitments Communicating effectively, even in difficult conversations Listens and learns when facing resistance, always searching for a balanced and pragmatic solution About the department Do you want to break new ground?
