Do you want to break new ground? Do you want to deliver innovative digital solutions to 30.000.000 patients worldwide? Digital Health develop digital therapeutics and solutions for people living with Diabetes and other chronic diseases. We are searching for an Associate Project Manager to join our team. Digital Health is a new and exciting area that delivers innovative digital solutions which will supplement Novo Nordisk’s drug offerings. You will work closely with the Digital Health business unit, developing new digital products, enabling new ways of interacting with patients and new business models by being innovative. The position As Associate Project and Portfolio Manager you will secure project governance, efficient resource management and handle supplier contracts etc. Together with colleagues from the Digital Health organisations you will ensure that ideas are matured and turned into development initiatives. Together with our partners and the Global Digital Data & IT organisation (DD&IT) you will build strong project teams, translating initiatives into successful projects delivering tangible benefits to the people with diabetes and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities Define, manage, and coordinate portfolio, pipeline and capacity management for the global Digital Health IT organisation

Define, manage, and coordinate project roadmap activities in collaboration with the VP of Digital Health IT Develop innovative solutions, using cutting edge technology and innovative design and development methods Special assignments/projects supporting the VP of Digital Health IT Qualifications To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you thrive with working independently as well as part of a team. In addition, you must have strong work ethic and willingness to take responsibility and drive success. A master’s degree within business administration, Computer science, Engineering or life sciences 2-3 years of proven track record of developing and maintaining solutions/products, preferably within the pharma industry or another regulated industry. Analytical and problem-solving mindset and you strive to make an impact Proficiency in English and Danish verbal and written communications The following experiences would be an advantage: Experience within contemporary technologies, including data analytics and cloud-based systems as well as agile methodologies Experience with system validation and agile delivery methods Experience with system operations, release management, incident management and change impact assessments As a person you are Positive with a can-do attitude Analytical and problem solving mindset Focused on following through on commitments Communicating effectively, even in difficult conversations Listens and learns when facing resistance, always searching for a balanced and pragmatic solution About the department Do you want to break new ground?
