The position As HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted partner to the local leadership team, supporting the build-up of Novo Nordisk’s new business area, Emerging Technologies. Furthermore, you will drive strategic impact within the HR agenda and be a key player in developing and supporting senior leadership teams to succeed. Your main responsibilities include:
Alongside your HR Business Partner colleagues as well as global support functions, you will continuously be reviewing, assessing, and evolving the business to drive organisational efficiency and agility. Also, you will be driving the strategic and operational discussions in the leadership teams regarding leadership, organisational design, governance, performance culture and sustainable wellbeing. Lastly, you will be shaping and fostering an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment, rooted in our values - the Novo Nordisk Way.

About the department The P&O Business Partnering team is currently being built up and will consist of approximately eight HR professionals, driving the strategic HR agenda in Emerging Technologies. Together, we will be responsible for developing our organisation, leaders, and employees to meet current and future needs. - Being a trusted partner to the local leadership teams by translating business strategies into relevant P&O (People & Organisation) actions.
- Ensuring organisational readiness through organizational development, resource management and leadership development
- Maintaining and further developing stable HR processes for a new business unit.
Qualifications You are a strong and pragmatic executor with a strategic can-do mindset. A person people want to work with and who is respected by stakeholders because you drive things forward and because you have a high personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspectives respectfully. Others will say you are:
- Able to create trust at all levels of an organisation.
- Someone who can set direction and make things happen, but also knows when to look for alternatives in an ever-changing environment.
- A person they turn to when they need sparring.
- Have a degree in HR, Psychology, Organisation, Business Management or similar, but you might also be from a completely different field or a former Manager moving into the HR agenda.
- Are Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Have experience from pharma and/or larger organisations.
