Then you might be the Student Assistant we are looking for in Regulatory, Quality and Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) Insights & Strategy. The position As a Student Assistant in RQ&C Insights & Strategy, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, being at the intersection of data analytics, process optimisation, project management and stakeholder management. Your main activities will include, but are not limited to: Data analytics
  • Developing business intelligence solutions and reports to handle large datasets across the organisation
  • Updating and creating FTE capacity forecasts across RQ&C
  • Involvement in and responsibility for driving various internal development projects, for example holding onboarding sessions to promote the area-wide data quality
  • Project management/Stakeholder management
  • Establishing and implementing business cases for transformational projects
  • Supporting leadership teams in defining, prioritizing, and realizing strategic aspirations
  • Strategic workforce planning and resource forecasting, including the creation of engaging visualizations and presentation materials

Start date: 1st of May (flexible) Please note, a Danish work permit is required, and you need to be a student to apply for the position. Furthermore, you are expected to work 15-20 hours per week. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you are planning to continue your master studies in Denmark or have just started a relevant Master’s degree and have at least 1.5 years remaining of your studies. You have:
  • Strong analytical skills as an advanced user of MS Excel and can leverage data to produce insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, or PowerBI is an advantage, but not required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • As a person, you are curious and not afraid to reach out and ask investigative questions. Moreover, you are expected to be a reliable team player, who is stakeholder-oriented and capable of supporting, but at the same time ready to speak up and challenge the status quo. The department  Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Reporting is part of Development in [xxxxx] and comprises approximately 1.500 people pursuing better outcomes for patients. The area covers product development activities from early development to commercialisation. In this context, our team is responsible for a variety of activities ranging from qualitative processes such as project management and strategic assessments, to quantitative processes, including data analysis, business intelligence reporting and creation of business cases for new strategic initiatives.
