The positionAs a Strategy Partner in Long Term Supply Chain Planning, you will play a crucial role in balancing our Supply/Demand network for our FlexTouch® and FlexPen® production platforms, focusing on the strategic horizon (3 to 10 years). Your responsibilities will include: · Supply Chain platform owner and active co-developer of the strategic plans for our FlexTouch® and FlexPen® production platforms in close collaboration with your key stakeholders across PS · Acting as a trusted partner to senior management, providing strategic guidance and support and collaborate closely with business support units, the supply chain organisation, production sites, Manufacturing & Development, and colleagues in the commercial organisation. · Analyzing the production impact of changing 10-year forecasts and market impact and uncertainties · Maintaining production capacities and assisting in adjusting the production set-up · Supporting the planning of production capacities and investment decisions in Product Supply · Participating in strategic activities and projects related to the FlexTouch® and FlexPen® production platform across Product Supply and Novo Nordisk QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should have: · A master’s degree in business, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field. · 6+ years of experience in operational, tactical, or long-term planning. We also encourage people with experience in consultancy, pharma-related commercial work, or R&D functions to apply. · Strong experience in strategic planning and supply chain management. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze production impact and market uncertainties. · Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management. · Knowledge of supply chain processes and the ability to design future end-to-end supply chains. · Impactful communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels. · Strong proficiency in Office tools, and preferably experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and PowerApps. About the departmentThe Long-Term Planning team is part of the central Supply Chain unit and is responsible for the design and development of future end-to-end supply chains. We work on global, regional, and country-specific supply chain strategies and policies.
