As Project Manager in Digital Supply Chain, Integrations & Traceability, your focus will be on driving key Supply Chain initiatives. You will be leading one of our strategic projects, e.g. starting with identifying and implementing a new IT solution for our Cold Chain management. Your work will require you to prioritise between multiple tasks and navigate between stakeholders across Novo Nordisk and at all levels. You will be working with a project team and are expected to set clear directions for the team and ensure progress and alignment with all affected areas in the company as well and external partners. Therefore, you are required to have a structured approach and the ability to communicate in a professional yet simple manner. Your work will be bridging Supply Chain and IT and you will be looking into digital transformation possibilities. Your primary tasks will include: Drive implementation of strategic projects across the Supply Chain in close collaboration with stakeholders from our global IT organisation Manage project life cycle, all activities from the start to the end of a project. Create project plans and monitor and report on continuous progress, quality and cost. Identify and proactively address critical path, bottlenecks, and risks. Ensure best practice and robust Supply Chain solution designs. Stakeholder management - interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the projects. You will work together with a project team, with participants from both the business as well as IT. Qualifications
In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required: A master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business IT or similar, with excellent results Experience within Project Management, driving projects within Supply Chain or IT Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills and clear communication A solid understanding of business processes, standardisation, and preferably with a flair for IT Proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite. As a person, you are proactive, responsible and with a structured mindset. You are a team player, and you engage in developing the team, both professionally and personally and you have excellent cross-cultural collaboration.

Digital Supply Chain is anchored in Supply Chain & Finance, within Novo Nordisk Product Supply.
