We are seeking an experienced Business Oriented Senior Project Manager to spearhead the strategic advancement of our maintenance and SAP PM MM program. You will play a key role in developing the factory's maintenance strategy alongside our new Senior Manager of Maintenance. As a Senior Project Manager within Injectable Finished Products in Hillerød (IFP HI) department, you will be joining a highly skilled and professional project- and programme manager environment in our Project Management Office (PMO). We strive to be a trusted partner to our stakeholders across the organisation supporting and challenging their business needs.
Your key responsibilities will include: Setting the direction for our maintenance and Asset Management strategy in alignment with our new Senior Manager of Maintenance as well as leading the SAP PM MM programme across IFP Hillerød
Managing and mentoring project managers executing the projects under the program and executing sub projects yourself
Collaborating with Operational Maintenance teams and departments, along with their local SAP supporters and specialists, to engage and foster individual and team change management plans and activities
Supporting and challenging Line of Business managers in planning and executing their transformation to SAP PM MM, while also providing support and challenging department management teams through feedback and sparring on program strategy and priorities
Engaging with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the necessary support for project execution

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: An academic degree in engineering, natural science or similar preferably with a proven track record of working with SAP PM og MM and/or maintenance and Asset Management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a good sense of diplomacy to enable progress in a complex stakeholder landscape
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to rapidly develop and clearly communicate scenarios, impact of risks, and recommendations to decision-makers
Experience in strategy development within asset management and/or SAP PM MM
Professional proficiency in English
Additionally, you're eager to thrive in a dynamic production setting, devoted to delivering value to our patients via an innovative maintenance strategy empowered by SAP PM MM.

About the department
In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce a large portfolio of products fighting diabetes and obesity worldwide, this position is located at the IFP site at Hillerød. The production is running 24/7, but as a part of the Production Support department the Project Management Office works normal hours Monday to Friday. You will report to our Senior Manager for Project Management Office, where you will be part of a +40-project manager group, all devoted to projects across our site. Our challenge is to execute an increasing portfolio of diverse projects and implementing new solutions with minimum impact on the ongoing production. From project office we execute projects within aseptic production (formulation, filling, and inspection) and finished production (assembly and packaging), IT/Automation, Material handling systems as well as projects withing facility and building.
