As a Senior Supply Chain Portfolio Specialist, you will:Design the future framework for how we manage portfolio complexity as well as the process and governance for how we in Supply Chain facilitate recurring portfolio reviews to simplify our portfolio based on strong data analysis and input from Production, Commercial and markets. Lead ongoing portfolio optimization projects, identifying simplification opportunities based on Supply Chain insights and ensuring strong execution. Act as the Supply Chain interface between Production and Commercial to drive simplifications where portfolio complexity is not justified by value. Analyze and set the direction for different portfolio optimization levers with the aim to unlock production capacity and serve more patients. Work in a transformation-oriented team, coordinating across multiple initiatives and delivering global impact. Qualifications
To be our new Senior Supply Chain Portfolio Specialist, we are looking for an experienced candidate who can tick off most of the following qualifications:Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience within Supply Chain, portfolio optimization or related roles. Strong analytical skills and ability to set direction across a broad set of portfolio optimization levers. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and coordinate multiple initiatives. Strong project management skills and ability to drive impactful changes. Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is preferred. Experience with complex stakeholder landscapes and leading without formal authority. About the department
