About the Department
Emerging Technology Expansions (ETX), is a new and exciting area within Emerging Technologies, currently consisting of approximately 30 people, divided into five departments: ETX management, Due Diligence, Project Execution Partners, Technology Partners and Project Management Office. ETX will support Emerging Technologies across several site locations domestically and internationally. Travel to ET sites can occur, but is not guaranteed. The position
As a Project Manager within the cross-functional ETX team, you will facilitate ideations of potential investment projects and lead one or more projects of varying size and scope. Your role will also include direct support to our Project Execution Partners, providing clarity on responsibilities, expectations, meeting structure, feedback processes and driving collaboration routines in your project team.
These projects will relate to both existing and new production facilities and operations throughout the expanding ET landscape. Projects may include migrating existing warehouse operations to industry-leading warehouse 4.0 solutions, retrofits of facilities and utilities, or other production-related enablers – all with a focus on advancing our processes and related technologies. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine you possess:
• An academic degree within Engineering, Life Sciences, IT, Project Management or similar
• Preferably a couple of years’ experience as a Project Manager
• Knowledge in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Know-How in different project management frameworks such as: Waterfalls, Stage Gate Model and Agile Project Management
• Full proficiency in written and spoken English
On a personal level, you have a flair for stakeholder management and great communication skills which include the ability to communicate complex subjects in an easy and understandable way.
