The Position As a Global Brand Lead at Novo Nordisk, your role will be crucial in setting the direction for the brand and driving its success. Collaborate with NNI and IO-SO to set the strategic direction for the brand and manage the promotional budget for the brand. Your daily responsibilities will include: Develop and implement effective brand strategies, leveraging business insights to identify growth opportunities. Develop innovative strategies to evolve our obesity brand(s), establish our portoflio, and ensure a meaningful experience with our medicines externally. Provide coaching and guidance to global affiliate project managers, ensuring they achieve brand goals. Manage the development of tactics and cycle materials that are aligned with strategic objectives. Engage with vendors, identify risks, and implement mitigation actions for larger and more complex projects. Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, proactively identifying and addressing their evolving needs and priorities, while collaborating closely with affiliates and establishing structured contact with local stakeholders. Qualifications As a person, you are passionate to drive change for people living with obesity. You are capable of working structured, data-driven and highly collaborative with others to build strong strategy and tactics. This requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and make complex decisions. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with field force expertise and collaboration, contribute to effective performance monitoring. Furthermore, you have competencies in driving performance, personal leadership, and nurturing stakeholder relationships. To be successful in this role, you should have A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, accompanied by substantial work experience in life sciences, consulting, and/or pharmaceutical marketing. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Strong experience in developing and implementing brand strategies. Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet stakeholders' needs. Knowledge of financial management, budget planning, and portfolio management, including long-term strategy (LCM).
