We are looking for a Digital Procurement Assistant to join our Customer Excellence team and be part of a team supporting the more than 12.000 global end-users of our procurement system. The department Corporate Procurement is responsible for the global indirect spend in Novo Nordisk of app. 50 billion DKK. We define and drive the global procurement strategy. The position: In the role as Digital Procurement Associate, you will: Drive customer excellence and be an integral part of providing world class technical and business process support to more than 12.000 global users of our purchasing system Support key stakeholders across the organisation, on all levels of the business, in providing daily support for our procurement system via e-mail and phone Solve cases in connection to technical system questions as well as business process-related questions Identify improvement opportunities in our global procurement system utilisation and configuration Closely collaborate with system subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and execute support optimisation opportunities, to improve our users´ satisfaction and bring down the need for support activities Qualifications: The ideal candidate has/is: Previous experience with technical support, procurement processes support, digitalisation, or IT Eager to build up knowledge (and/or start your career) in procurement and procurement digitalization from a process- and system perspective Confident in working with new stakeholders, on all levels of the organisation, on a day-to-day basis A good problem solver with the ability to bridge business needs to technical content and communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly way Confident in providing solutions to system users via e-mail as well as via the phone Service-minded and passionate about providing high quality customer support with focus on user satisfaction A dedicated team player who strongly collaborates with internal and external stakeholders It is a pre-requisite to communicate in English Experience in working with procurement systems e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP or other advanced procurement systems is an advantage Deadline: 21st of May 2023 Contact For further information please contact: Christian Barbosa-Hartel, Manager ([email protected]) We commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
