Then, look no further, you may be the Supply Chain Planner we are looking for in Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS) The Position
You will be responsible for securing the supply of plastic and metal components for a variety of Novo Nordisk devices, ensuring on time and in full deliveries from our suppliers (external) to our manufacturing sites (internal) located all around the globe. Driven by the high sales growth in Novo Nordisk, we currently operate in a network where the demand and supply balance is challenged. You will therefore need to keep a good overview, coordinate closely with our suppliers and internal stakeholders, and take actions to solve challenges on both operational and tactical horizons. Your tasks will look like: • Monitor inventory levels of components at our inventory hub and at our customers
• Execute operational/tactical planning in SAP APO and SAP ECC
• Define optimal inventory policies
• Ensure correct master data and transaction data in our systems
• Build strong relations with our suppliers and follow-up on supplier deliveries
• Build strong relations with internal stakeholders, particularly supply managers, manufacturing sites and quality You are also expected to drive optimization projects and initiatives to ensure we keep improving our supply chain. This could be inventory optimization projects, process improvements and product launches. Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or similar with • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience – preferably within life science
• Solid business understanding mixed with hands-on experience from either operational or tactical planning You have a sharp eye for details, a strong analytical mind and great problem-solving skills. You enjoy working in systems, knows the importance of reliable data and have experience from working in advanced planning tools e.g. APO, OMP or alike. It is a plus if you have an interest for BI tools, e.g. Alteryx and Tableau. As a person, you have an international mind-set, great collaboration and stakeholder skills and you communicate clearly and concisely. You are motivated by optimizations and improvements. You can work both independently and together with others and deliver high quality output and set pride in keeping deadlines. You can also show a high level of resilience when priorities are changing and when there are urgent supply situations to deal with. You are fluent in English; Danish is not a requirement. About the Department
You will be part of the Supply Chain Department within Device Manufacturing and Sourcing (DMS). We are responsible for supplier management, planning, purchasing and warehousing of components going into the majority of Novo Nordisk devices. You will join a diverse team of 9 dedicated colleagues with diverse background and nationalities. We strive for openness, to make tomorrow better than today while keeping a good sense of humor.
