Then apply now for a position as Supply Chain Developer in Oral Development & Finished Products (ODFP) as we are searching for a dedicated, professional, and enthusiastic new colleague for our logistic team. About the department You will be a part of a dynamic logistics team in the ODFP Business Development & Support unit, along with 8 other dedicated colleagues in Måløv. The primary goal of the team is to deliver products to our patients with right quality and at the right time, as well as, ensuring adequate capacity to meet future patients demand. ODFP is a growing area within Product Supply, Quality & IT (PS, Q & IT), and is responsible for the production of all tablet-based products at Novo Nordisk. In the coming years our supply chain network will grow significantly in size, volume, and complexity to support both already marketed products and our pipeline of new product introductions. We are increasing our support for strategic planning decisions in terms of how to allocate volume in our production network in order to prepare for and support the development of our long-term planning horizon. The position Your overall objective is to take the lead in driving development and standardization to the next level in collaboration with stakeholders. You will thrive in this position if you have a curious mind and a desire to explain the world through data. You will learn about the tablet manufacturing processes and apply this knowledge to the process of acquiring relevant data, and by understanding the context you develop analysis to help our stakeholders make data-driven decisions on how we utilize our supply chain network, and which activities, in terms of capacity, skills, and regulatory ties, we prioritize. Other key responsibilities will include: • Proactively collaborate with key stakeholders to develop the planning and decision-making materials • Bridging the different inputs related to capacity, long-term demand, capacity and regulatory constraints • Development of capacity scenarios and specific recommendations to the management. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be data technically and analytically savvy, and able to maintain a holistic overview, while delving deeply into essential specifics. • A university degree (preferably a master’s degree) in a relevant discipline e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar • 3-5 years of supply chain experience from a production company. • Solid experience with analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI. • Fluency in both written and spoken English at a professional level.
