By joining our dedicated OP Optimization and Projects team, you will be a key player in securing life treating medicine to patients around the world. The position
As our new supply chain consultant you will have the responsibility for coordinating production site-transfers between our different production sites, and covering the production sites in Denmark, USA, France, China and Brazil. We expect you to ensure the production site-transfer processes are updated and followed, and that you timely scheudle weekly meetings with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress and quick problem solving. Furthermore, as our new supply chain consultant you will be responsible for coordinating the bulk supply, between the different production sites. A key part of this is balancing demand and supply and ensuring that we always have a healthy stock projection of bulk available at the sites, and head up weekly meetings with the production site planners to identify and solve issues. It is expected that you can work independently and is highly skilled at stakeholder management, as you will be working with stakeholders from S&OP, logistic areas and management at the production sites, purchasing and finance.
Additionally, you will also be working as a sparring partner for global supply chain projects to improve our planning processes and systems.
Qualifications We expect you to have more than 3 year of supply chain experience and have a relevant university degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance or similar. You have excellent data, presentation and analytical skills and preferable has previously worked with operational or tactical planning within SAP APO or similar planning systems. The candidate we are looking for is good at communicating on different organisational levels, can take initiative and be proactive, have no problems working independently and is excellent at translating complex situations. You have the ability to quickly change gears from being deep in analysing data to taking fast decisions to looking for elements of the supply chain to optimise. Lastly, since the OP Optimization and Projects team is an international team with a global footprint you must be able to speak and write English fluently. About the department
