We are looking for a skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Corporate Vice President of Strategy & Projects, Obesity. Your main job tasks will include supporting the CVP and area with communicative, administrative, and practical tasks. With a proactive and service-oriented approach, you will:
  • Manage the day-to-day activities for the CVP, ensuring calendar management, meeting delegation, travel arrangements, and overall time management.
  • Organise leadership meetings and assist with relevant agenda items, tangible actions and timely follow-up.
  • Organise team off-sites and events ensuring an engaging work environment and seamless information sharing.
  • Organise onboarding of new employees, ensuring welcome packages and team information are relevant and up to date.
  • Master HR processes and systems to effectively support leadership with people & organisation related matters.
  • Responsible for financial support, including line of business budget planning and follow-up.
  • In addition to the above, you will be supporting the Vice President in Strategy & Insights and team, and the Vice President in CagriSema Project. Both also part of the Strategy & Projects Leader team. You will have frequent interactions with other assistants across Obesity and take part in creating an optimal administrative team in Obesity, also take the lead in some cross-functional administrative projects. You will be part of the Obesity Management unit PA group. Lastly, you will play a crucial role in securing an engaging and enjoyable workplace that will continue to attract, retain and develop curious and bright people. Your innovative thinking will enable you to drive continuous process improvements in an environment with frequently changing priorities. Qualifications
    In order to qualify for this position, we imagine that you:
  • Have extensive administrative experience, preferably you have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience within administration processes.
  • Can communicate effectively and effortlessly, both verbally and written, in English and Danish at business level.
  • Have experience as well as an interest in budgeting and finance.
  • We expect that you are independent, structured, and systematic in your way of working. You are enthusiastic and engaged, you deliver high-quality results, and you have attention to details in regard to administrative processes and budgeting tasks. You are flexible and thrive in a fast-changing environment, with lots of great ideas. As a person, we imagine that you are approachable, service-minded, and proactive. You perform your job by using excellent collaboration skills and a sense of humour, and you have a good sense of diplomacy whilst still assertive and able to create team spirit.     The Obesity Strategy & Projects is a newly created CVP-area providing strategic leadership for current and future projects/products in the obesity therapy areas worldwide, accountable for commercial project management and portfolio strategies for the therapy area with biggest growth potential over the period for Novo Nordisk. As Personal Assistant you will report to the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of Strategy & Projects, Obesity and be part of the Strategy & Projects Leadership Team.
