Then apply today as you might be the Supply Chain Project Manager we are looking for to drive the implementation of supply chains at our new Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs)! The position As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be taking the lead on setting-up and defining the supply chains for new CMOs which will have a direct impact on delivery of our products. As the new CMOs will become an integrated part of our business, it is crucial to establish trust and a close collaboration - allowing us to combine our business understanding and efficiently build a robust supply chain. In this position you will gain a broad understanding of the Novo Nordisk product portfolio as well as collaborating with international CMOs. To be successful you will need to work collaboratively across multiple departments such as IT, internal sourcing, warehousing, and QA to guarantee a reliable supply chain. Other responsibilities include to: Establish process flows for our new CMOs Defining warehousing and transportations strategies Determine supply-chain KPIs and safety-stock levels Establish communication flow and roles and responsibilities Ensure robust processes. As our new Supply Chain Project Manager, you will join Local Manufacturing and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. We are constantly striving for professionalising our ways of working, so you will be able to make your mark on how we work with robustness, optimising cost and reducing complexity in our supply chain. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Hold a master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or any other relevant field Have at least 5 years of Supply Chain and/or Project Management experience Be used to work with CMOs or to set up supply chains for internal production Possess SAP knowledge and great stakeholder management skills Be fluent in English, both written and spoken. As a person, you are good at building relationships across cultures and can get commitment from both internal and external stakeholders. Apart from having strong communication skills, you are proactive in your daily work and have a quality mind-set with strong analytical and conceptual skills.

You will be a part of our Business Support department Local Manufacturing. Local Manufacturing (LM) is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation, and our primary role is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where local presence is required to obtain market access. We play a vital part in bringing product to patients worldwide, by ensuring an efficient supply chain both at our contract manufactures and local sites.
