The position As a Process Excellence Manager, you will work on initiatives primarily focused on helping to improve our project management operating model (governance, processes, capabilities, tools). Areas of responsibility will include:
  • Defining and optimising our processes, and help expand the consistent use of our project management tools
  • Facilitating workshops to analyse pain points, root-cause analysis, and drive the co-creation of process improvements
  • Preparing improvement proposals, maturity assessment reports and documentation for key stakeholders and the management team
  • Driving the roll-out of process improvements, including communication and change management
  • To be successful in this role, you are analytical and a strategic thinker. Building strong relationships, influencing decision-making, and effectively communicating change are key aspects of this job. As you gain experience within our processes, you will significantly contribute to implementing improvement opportunities. Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
  • Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or any other related field
  • Have proven track record for leading and managing process optimisation, change management in an international environment
  • Have skills within the LEAN toolbox, VSMs, Kaizen and possess knowledge of GMP
  • Have excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage people, build trust in your relationships, and get commitment from key stakeholders
  • Be fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP) and/or Lean Six Sigma; this would be considered an advantage, not a must have
  • As a person, you have an innovative mindset and enjoy working in a dynamic environment where teamwork is on top of the agenda. We expect you to work independently and with self-confidence. You will also have a positive can-do attitude, communicate clearly and in an engaging way. About the department The PMO is a new department that aims to be the Centre of Excellence in Project Management for GCM. GCM is a unit in Novo Nordisk Product Supply organisation and is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s operation of global manufacturing of drug substances and drug products at contract manufacturers.
