If yes, then you could be our new Warehouse Manager at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in Køge! The position In this role, you will be leading a Warehouse team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S. The team consists of 7 dedicated operators and Process/GMP supporters. You can look forward to playing a key part in the development of the team and continuously improving performance. You will need to reach understanding of the warehouse operations and its links into the organization in order to suggest improvements and set clear direction for this function, looking ahead and making suggestions for the future. You will also learn and understand the requirements, processes, and tasks to a degree that enables you to overview the underlying issues of a given challenge. You will have the responsibility for coordinating and prioritising resources and tasks in the team with the purpose to ensure a steady handling of the inbound and outbound of our goods. Your key responsibilities will be to:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facilities, including inventory control, shipping, receiving and order fulfilment.

Secure quality and compliance of your processes and assist in further development of LEAN and GMP culture

Ensure planning and execution of tasks in an effective and systematic way to keep an effective flow of goods

Lead the team by developing competencies, coaching, and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address current and future needs

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to optimise warehouse operations

In addition, you will contribute to creating the warehouse strategy as part of the overall Supply Chain strategy, by looking at for example how to tackle a higher load of operations and the warehouse footprint in order to keep up with the growth of the company. Qualifications In this position, you might be growing into your first team leadership position, or you will already have some leadership experience. Preferably you have:

Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business administration or equivalent; or a technical education

Some leadership experience

GMP and LEAN knowledge

About the department The warehouse team is part of the newly established Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S Supply Chain and Procurement (SC&P) organization which consist of approximately 20 employees in 2 teams. SC&P is responsible for managing the stock of raw materials and finished goods, driving planning processes (purchase, production, demand, capacity), and having a strategic procurement anchor point. In this role, you will also collaborate with other departments, including Manufacturing and Quality, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
