The position As HR Coordinator your primary responsibility is to support the business area Fill & Finish Expansions together with senior HR Business Partners in planning and executing the yearly HR processes. You will collaborate with managers on day-to-day challenges and be a part of identifying solutions on an operational and tactical level. You will also collaborate closely with other P&O colleagues to translate business strategies and priorities into P&O plans and activities. More specifically your core tasks will include:
  • Acting as a superuser and supporting our managers in the usage of our HR system incl. SuccessFactors and AskHR (ServiceNow – self-service).
  • Support leaders with workforce planning and during the recruitment process, incl. preparation of job descriptions/job ads, candidate screening, light interviews, ensuring system flow and contact with Talent Acquisition, Mobility and HR Operation/AskHR
  • Designing, planning, and executing onboarding of new colleagues incl. onboarding program, onboarding pages and onboarding days
  • Follow up on engagement and pulse surveys and help with activities that shapes and foster and engaging, diverse and inclusive employee environment rooted in the NN Way and Fill & Finish Expansions’ values
  • Develop and maintaining a communication platform for P&O information for managers in Fill & Finish Expansions
  • Qualifications You have a passion for people and HR in collaboration with the business. You are a self-starter that likes to work in a fast-paced environment with a constantly changing scope. To be successful in this position we imagine that your profile reflects the following:
  • An educational background with a focus on HR, work psychology or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
  • A flair for planning and project management.
  • An interest for working with people and navigating a complex stakeholder landscape.
  • It’s a great plus in our eyes if you have previous experience from the world of HR and possess an understanding of the core processes we facilitate.

About the area You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world. About the department Fill & Finish HR Business Partnering is a small department supporting managers in Fill & Finish Expansions with P&O processes, leadership coaching, employee development, organizational design & manning and daily P&O tasks. The department is newly established, and you will therefore have the opportunity to influence the role, the team and the P&O services in Fill & Finish Expansions.
