We are looking for an engaged Technical Program Manager to support our data capabilities and ongoing data initiatives across Novo Nordisk. You own a good methodical background in Data Management and Data Governance. You understand the end-to-end processes and creation of enterprise data solutions, including Master Data Management, Data Quality & Meta Data Management in a complex organisation, and can navigate and communicate between stakeholders at all levels. Your main responsibility will be to overlook and assist in the planning and implement of data enabling solutions across our data capabilities and platforms:
  • Provide overview and program support to our portfolio management, epic owners, and our Data Capability Architects and Product Owners.
  • Secure overview and understanding of our delivery teams of developers and architects from bot Novo Nordisk and our external partners
  • Map and continuous evaluate skills and capabilities across our teams, epic allocation and to ensure high quality, timely deliveries, and best possible utilisation of our resources.
  • Assist the continuous improvement of the portfolio management and overall delivery model of the Global Data Office, creation and improvement of our Ways of Working and operating models.
  • Coordinate across data capabilities and secure a high level of transparency and collaboration between developer teams, architects, and product owners.
  • Partake on an ambitious journey where the aim is to leverage true business potential through better data quality and availability of relevant data (FAIR).
  • We are situated in Bagsværd, Denmark and Bangalore, India as a global function established to facilitate and support Novo Nordisk’s digital transformation across lines of business. What are we looking for?
    As a professional, you hold a M.Sc. degree within a relevant field and need to have a broad understanding of data management and project management disciplines:
  • Implementation of the enterprise data solutions
  • Prior hands-on implementation experience with Master Data Management, Data Quality and/or Meta Data Management
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience in various aspects of data management across a large organisation is beneficial
  • Prior experience with Industry 4.0, ALCOA+ and FAIR is an advantage
  • Prior experience from the pharma industry is an advantage

As a person, you are self-motivated with demonstrated initiative and have a flexible personality with the ability to juggle multiple, constantly changing priorities.     Global Data Office is one of the newer departments in Novo Nordisk. Created to support the intelligent, creative use of vast amounts of connected data can generate new kinds of value, new levels of patient-centricity, and much faster reactions to changing circumstances and new know-how.
