Technology & Operations Research & Development (R&D) Product Management
Technology & Operations (VTO) is the integrated CTO and COO organization within , encompassing the full industrial value chain — from Research & Development, Procurement and Manufacturing to Supply Chain and Quality. VTO’s mission is to transform the way engineers, sources, contracts, manufactures and delivers its products to consistently meet the highest standards for quality, cost efficiency and time-to-market.
Plant & Energy Solutions leads cross-functional R&D programs to develop new power plant products and platforms. We ensure fast time to market without compromising quality or cost, driving product roadmaps, feasibility studies, business cases, and end-to-end product development
Our solutions are standardized, modular, and configurable, designed to meet diverse customer needs and performance targets.
This role is within the Product Management area, joining the Cybersecurity team.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Specialist - Cyber Security you will be responsible for:
- Driving the technical development of cybersecurity solutions
- Shaping product architecture, concepts, and release planning with a cybersecurity perspective
- Ensuring adherence to relevant cybersecurity standards and best practices (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST)
- Collaborating closely with engineering, IT security, and product teams to secure system performance and reliability
- Contributing strategically to the development of secure and future-ready power system platforms
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- Experience in cybersecurity within the energy sector or a large organization is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure digital solutions
- Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
- Experience managing stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems and digital infrastructure
