An exciting role where you will manage the progress and deployment of Initiatives under People Strategy Umbrella in A.P. Moller – Maersk

Key Responsibilities
As People Strategy Deployment Lead you will Coordinate and manage the execution of strategic initiatives and key operational People projects through strong and sustainable relationships and interactions with all levels of the organization and the People leadership team.
Other key tasks:
- Create new operating structure and governance to enable the People Leadership team to filter and balance priorities to align time and focus with key priorities of the business
- Own Initiative Management standards, methodologies and tools including relevant governance model within the People Function
- Accountable for establishing and maintaining a standardized framework for initiative repositories, documentation & archives and quality metrics
- Accountable for building Project Management culture and improving the expertise of colleagues within area of responsibility, including by providing relevant training
- Responsible for overall delivery of the Initiatives, including timeline, scope and budget
- Responsible for maintaining the overall Initiatives Portfolio and Roadmap · Ensure high level of communication with key stakeholders and internal team members
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have good understanding of a PMO role, deliverables and processes, and a minimum of 2 years of experience with project management or PMO experience.
PMBOK or similar certification, as well as experience in Agile would be an advantage.
You have a strategic mindset and ability to identify, conceptualize and drive improvements for the Deployment process combined with excellent communications and collaboration skills
Furthermore you:
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills, able to set clear direction, priorities and focus, as well as network, motivate others and build lasting partnerships including at senior levels of the organization
- Have strong process-oriented approach to work and excellent attention to detail
- Are a resilient team player who is goal-orientated and demonstrates a high level of commitment with the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Have excellent written and verbal skills with people at all levels across the organisation in English
- The ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions and ways of working
