In this position, you will be driving initiatives aiming for efficient, innovative and fit-for purposes processes enabling world-class clinical trial execution. You will have a key role in cross-functional improvement projects, where you will contribute to successful project deliverables and oversight of the project. You will be working closely with colleagues across the global organisation and you are expected to be proactive in engaging in relevant external collaborations/networks. You will be part of a dynamic department, with a position that offers high impact, and where you are expected to take ownership and responsibility to drive change and process improvements in the global organisation. Qualifications To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
An academic degree in pharmacy, medicine, science or similar. Extensive experience in Clinical Operations. A strong insight into the value chain within a pharma company. A proven track record of performance consulting, process experience design, and the creation of effective performance support resources. Demonstrable background in establishing effective learning and development governance and working closely with stakeholders to ensure it creates value for both stakeholders and Novo Nordisk. A strong command of written and spoken English. As a person, you take a positive and pragmatic approach to problem solving and you are eager to optimise and simplify processes around you. You are proactive, courageous, determined and have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are curious and you have a risk-based mindset as well as a can-do attitude. You are goal-oriented and a team player and you thrive working across skill areas and cultures in a global organisation.
About the department
The position is based in the Clinical Operations Office within the Clinical Operations Centre of Expertise. We are a team of 24 dedicated colleagues working globally to facilitate process optimisation and competency building of our colleagues working with product development projects. We take leading roles for clinical operation process related activities as part of integration, audit and inspection intiatives.
