Department overview With this role, we welcome you to Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) within Novo Nordisk – a community with more than 2,500 colleagues across the globe, all working to make a difference for the millions of patients by creating the future of digital healthcare. As part of DD&IT, Manufacturing IT is the strategic function that are responsible for driving DD&IT initiatives across our production sites in Novo Nordisk as well as our supply chain operations worldwide.
We are on an exciting journey in migrating the NextGen PAS-X system, at 20+ sites in Novo Nordisk. You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years. Our department, MES CoE, delivers top critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and therefore you will be part of an area with high focus from executive management and exciting challenges.
The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark but you will work with colleagues from all around the world. The position As a MES Business Partner your role will be truly diverse as we are looking for a partner who is open to driving various activities concerning MES, IT and Programme management. More specifically our next colleague will have a variety of responsibilities but withing the following areas: Drive and project manage the execution of selected key initiatives/projects in the area’s yearly business plan Act as sparring partner to the head of the area and the leadership team Drive and lead selected PAS-X roll-out projects acting as Program Lead or Project lead Partner with members of the area’s leadership team, acting as stand-in when needed and be driver of initiatives that needs attention and an extra “push” Responsible for overall presentation material for executive/senior management Create, coordinate and keep overview of the various programme roadmaps Be responsible for active Risk mitigation of the programme’s Risk Board Act as Business partner towards Production sites and represent MES CoE towards selected stakeholders. Act as stand-in for the head of the area, when needed. Candidate profile To be successful in this role, we require the following: Master’s or degree in Business, engineering, supply chain management or other relevant field Strong project and programme management skills (including stakeholder management skills, presentation skills, governance skills and communication skills) Knowledge of MES (Manufacturing execution systems) Leadership experience Interest in managing different tasks and activities that changes from day-to-day Pharma industry knowledge is an advantage Experience with production/supply chain processes and/or GxP is also an advantage Knowledge of IT operations, IT roll-out and IT product development Interest and knowledge of finance (budgets) As a person we expect you are friendly, ambitious, result driven, proactive and have an open and flexible attitude. You are not driven by a formal job description, but like to drive various types of tactical, operational and strategic initiatives.
