About the department In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce high-quality diabetes products fighting diabetes worldwide. Site Support & Improvements (SSI) is a dynamic department in IFP Manufacturing Support, supporting our global IFP aseptic production sites and setting the direction for new technologies, innovation, and production optimisation globally. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with the IFP aseptic production sites, by implementing novel solutions based on data driven decisions and in accordance with GMP regulations. The position As Aseptic filling technology professional, you will become a member of a broad team of Professionals and Specialists covering all aspects of the aseptic production. The team is working as a central support team for aseptic production sites all over the world, thus, you will be working closely together with stakeholders both locally and globally. Working as Aseptic filling technology professional, you will work close together with a Specialist. Your daily tasks will include, but surely not be limited to, participation in general site support and participation in production expansion and improvement projects across the organisation. Maintenance of global corporate documents and procedures, provide support to product transfer projects at different sites. Further you will play an important role in the implementation of the new regulations in relation to the update of EU GMP Annex 1. At the different sites we have a wide range of different filling lines and associated technology. A thorough knowledge in aseptic filling technology using isolator technique would be a preferable competence. It would also be an advantage with extensive experience within automation (OT & IT) and system validation. You must thrive in an ever-changing environment where your support and decisions make an impact across different sites and enjoy stakeholder collaboration in a global setting. As the position is supporting globally some travel can be expected. As we are stronger together you must see yourself as a team player with great ability to create relations and collaboration. Qualifications
  • You have an academic background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar
  • You have worked with aseptic filling for +5 and preferably you have experience within automation (OT & IT).
  • You have a can-do attitude and the impression that no challenge is too big or too small to handle
  • You have a quality mindset
  • You know the value of building relations and create collaboration in a global environment
  • You thrive in a busy and dynamic workday
  • You are a team player energized by finding sustainable solutions together
  • Obviously, fluency in the English language is a must for this position.
