Order to Cash in Novo Nordisk is defined as all commercial processes from Customer Creation to Cash Collection.
We operate across several functional areas to improve value creation of the entire Order to Cash process to a new level by improving standardisation, improve system utilization while allowing full integration of local processes into the core SAP environment.
Key areas across operations: pricing, market access, supply chain, product supply, accounting, finance, and IT.
We are looking for an Order to Cash - Process Architect with product ownership of our Order to Cash Business Processes that is ready to join a newly created Global Order to Cash team. This newly created position is your entry into a dynamic environment, offering an outstanding opportunity to drive significant business impact and shape the future of Order to Cash in Novo Nordisk. You will gain broad insights into Novo Nordisk world-wide business and collaborate in the intersection between business (affiliates/regions) and IT.
The position
We are looking for a candidate with an interest in business process design with a global reach, a person with a drive to get the day-to-day business processes efficiently in place, while supporting the commercial operation in developing new capabilities and insights for the organisation.
As part of part our brand-new Global Order to Cash organisation you will together with the team lead the maturity journey of Novo Nordisk Order to Cash processes by enabling a standard process landscape with affiliate archetype(s) supported by core system functionality.
You will be:
The translator between Affiliates (Line of Business) and IT to accelerate value capture from Novo Nordisk IT investments into O2C systems Responsible for design of processes, business analysis, system, and infrastructure by:
The O2C expert to help the Global Order to Cash organisation of Novo Nordisk to further design and develop the systems and business processes to fulfil the requirements of the ever-changing business environment. Prioritize strategic initiatives that leads to future O2C roadmap in coordination with benefit realization of S/4 Hana implementation Overall, the role is highly analytical and require a solid process understanding due to the responsibility of translating business requirements into actual system designs that enable cross organisational flows and a strong insight to system capabilities.

You have decided to apply for this role because you are an Order to Cash professional with 5 years of experience in at least one or more of the process areas within Order to Cash: Order and Contract Management, Operations and Supply Chain Execution, Invoicing and Accounts Receivables, ideally at an affiliate or consolidation levels.
You likely have a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Throughout your education and professional experience, you have developed outstanding process understanding and coordination skills, combined with high proficiency in optimisation and a structured approach to your task.
You have experience navigating and leading collaboration for impact in a global, complex, and matrix environment, a good understanding of SAP and Business process flows, you understand customer needs, legal and business requirements and translate them into solutions that takes and end-to-end approach into account. You have skills within SAP SD, FI and Logistics with flair for technology, process management, and interdepartmental collaboration. You are familiar with Agile methodology and have IT project experience.
You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, have a strong cultural understanding and exceptional communication skills, with high command of written and spoken English. You pride yourself in your ability to make the complex simple and your personal drive, self-motivating ability, and positive mind-set. About the department
Our new Global Order to Cash team is a part of Digital Finance and Architecture within Finance and Compliance. The team is a new centre of excellence for Order to Cash with the purpose of supporting business in improving Data Analytics and Process Management, Process Digitalization and Business Value for the end-to-end process. The job is located in Novo Nordisk Headquarters in Bagsværd. You will be part of a newly established group of five dedicated colleagues with a wealth of experience from a broad range of O2C fields from within and outside of Novo Nordisk.
