The position As an Associate Manager in QC Microbial Competence Center (Biotech & Rare Disease) you will be leading dedicated scientists and laboratory technicians. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • An academic background within science, engineering, pharmacy or similar
  • A leadership background within development, quality, or production
  • Keen interest in fostering innovation and utilizing new technology to improve processes and equipment
  • Excellent people skills and always looking for ways to improve and develop your leadership talent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish
  • Strong communication skills and able to communicate complex content to people with different backgrounds and skills, motivating them to support and follow your ideas and suggestions

About the department QC Microbial Competence Center, Biotech and Rare Disease QC (BRD QC) is in Gentofte, and consist of around 30 employees, organised in 2 teams, team “Clinical Support” and team “New Methods”. It is within the ‘Clinical support’ team we seek a new Associate Manager. We have a central support function in relation to microbiological analysis of Novo Nordisk Biotech and Rare Disease and the department is responsible for development, verification, and validation of analytical methods during clinical phase 1-3 and for the following transfer of the analytical methods to our QC laboratories.
