The Position
As an Associate manager in team General Support, you will be leading an experienced team of 12 people - 3 professionals, 2 specialists, and 7 lab technicians. The team is responsible for a variety of deliverables within product requirements, where these are the main area of responsibility: handling customer complaints on IFP products and related reference samples from sites, risk assessments on Excipients, recalculation of Drug Product Specifications, answering questions about specifications from authorities, giving input to temperature deviations during product handling, stability studies, and trade secrets.
Your main tasks will be:
• Guiding, coaching, and leading your employees in the team on tasks and individual growth
• Prioritization and effective resource allocation in your team
• Strong management of plans for re-calculation of specifications with many stakeholders across IFP ManDev
• Keep the focus on driving performance and continuous improvements of processes in the team

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• An academic background in Natural Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy or similar
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry and people management.
• Strong GMP and LEAN mindset
• Empathy and ability to see the employees
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written in Danish and English.
On a personal level, you have a positive can-do attitude. You have a passion for setting structure and standards in an ever-changing complex environment. Furthermore, you must be able to translate strategy into ambitious goals. You can prioritize and make bold decisions. People skills is a must.
About the Department
We are expanding, as is our complexity. The department Product and Data Support in SSI is newly established and consists of 4 teams: Stability team, Biophysics, General Support, and Statistics & Data Science. Team General Support has been united for the last 4½ years and most are very experienced in their field of work. Our main mission is to support all the marketed IFP products with focus on optimizing the processes and capacity, however, we also do some support to late-phase development products.
You will be a part of an ambitious management team of 1 Sr. manager and 4 associate managers who support and help each other to reach results for the business.
