The position
Our new department is in constant motion and every week includes new challenges and needs. For the coming years the activities are a mix of development studies, validation- and improvements for the production platform that will turn into part commercial production and part development/improvement studies. We need a curious and ready-to-learn Junior Supply Chain Planner to help build the structures and governances around the planning to ensure we do not overload the line/platform as well as the workforce supporting it.
Among other tasks, you will be responsible for:
• Building the right level of planning, tools, governances, and expectations to users of the platform to ensure a smooth and well-planned day/week/year
• ensuring transparency to the activities planned to relevant employees and leaders
• providing (or obtaining) any information needed for them to ensure manning, competencies, etc.
• being one-point-of-planning-contact for a large number of stakeholders in our department and development areas
• be the driving force in resolving any double bookings in due time by involving the relevant project managers and stakeholders Once the role is established you will be part of one of our existing teams ensuring an even closer collaboration with some of your nearest stakeholders – as well as an optimal work environment for you where you will be able to develop your communication and structure skills. Qualifications This could be your first job after finishing your education if you have a curious and proactive mindset and are not afraid to take on new challenges and build structures and planning tools – we could be part of the first step in your career. To succeed in this role, you:
• have an academic degree within supply chain planning, production planning or other type of planning on a day-to-day basis
• have strong communication skills and are not afraid to actively reach out and connect with colleagues
• are good at setting direction and drive meetings, reach agreements and alignment and place the responsibilities where they belong
• Are fully proficient in English, and preferably are also possess Danish fluency On a personal level, your personality that invites stakeholders to reach out and contact you and you invite them in with a smile. Oral Development & Finished Products is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 650 committed colleagues in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future!
