Then this might be the right opportunity for you! The position As our Associate Manager in production, you will be responsible for a recovery team of 27 operators. This department oversees purifying Active Pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and ensures the right amount of compliance. Since this team is in the middle of the production value stream, a high demand is put upon your tactical skillset. You will create a culture that embraces adaptability and delivery. It is expected that you are a highly visible leader who listens and guides your employees. A high amount of focus will be placed on the cGMP mindset! As part of the very experienced management group, you will be responsible for aligning common goals and tactical plans. You will be working on the shop floor- leading, guiding, and engaging a team of skilled operators, as well as being a part of a diverse management team. Your decisions will have a direct impact on Novo Nordisk’s supply chain and in the end people’s lives. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you:
  • have a minimum of 1 year of management experience within a pharma production setting.

  • are familiar with LEAN and GMP experience and production setting

  • have quality mindset, empathetic approach to your direct reports

  • speak Danish fluently

    • As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and in an uncomplicated manner. You know how to listen, show respect, and investigate problems in a concrete manner that creates solutions. You show engagement and authenticity while working in a production atmosphere with ambitious targets, a high work pace, and many daily decisions. About the department You will join Production in Hillerød, Denmark. We are approximately 110 colleagues, working in 6 teams.
